How much belly fat you have?
The most accurate way to determine the amount of visceral fat you have is to get a CT scan or MRI. But there is a much simpler way, inexpensive to check.

Get a tape measure, wrap it around your waist at your navel, and check its circumference. Do it while you're standing, and make sure the tape measure is level.

For the sake of your health, you want your waist size to be less than 35 inches if you are a woman and less than 40 inches if you are a man.

You have a "pear-shaped" - bigger hips and thighs - is considered safer than "apple shape", which describes a wider waist.

"What we're really pointing with apple versus pear," Hairston said, "is that if you have more abdominal fat, is probably an indicator that has more visceral fat."
